We cannot guarantee the return policy applied by reseller stores.

In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a legal period of 14 days from receipt of the Product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify their reasons or pay any penalties, except for the return shipping costs.

As a commercial gesture, the Company extends this period to 30 days from receipt of the Product.

To exercise their right of withdrawal, Customers must notify their decision to withdraw by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g., letter, email: vouspouvezdormirdanslagrange@gmail.com).

The Customer may use the model withdrawal form provided here, but this is not mandatory.

The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days from the date on which the Company is informed of the Customer's decision to withdraw.

However, the Company may defer the refund until it has actually recovered the Product or received proof of shipment of the Product by the Customer, whichever occurs first.

Reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as that used for the initial transaction, unless the Customer expressly agrees to another means.

The Customer shall only be liable in the event of depreciation of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and proper functioning of the goods.

The costs of returning the goods following the exercise of the right of withdrawal shall be borne by the Customer, unless the product received by the Customer is defective or does not comply with the order.
